Sweet, was overdue for a @Ask_Spectrum internet outage! Good thing all my devices and lights are controlled through smart outlets and are now stuck on as I go to bed. And my entertainment options are all dependent too. My brain will never let me sleep without distraction!

Morning starting off frustrating. My kids don't internet due to the storm yesterday and can't do their online work from @wcpss and @GetSpectrum hasn't sent any techs to the area to fix this. 😥😥

@Marissa74852406 @Ask_Spectrum I get that they're just doing their jobs. I'm not trying to crack on employees that have been tasked with replying to social media barrages. My hope is that the Tweets get to the people that can actually address the issue. Spectrum has a monopoly here and the service is awful.

.@Ask_Spectrum Outages 3 days in a row, and extended outages 10 times in the past 30 days. At what point does the $200 per month that you charge me start to become theft? Once a new provider comes in and starts offering service here (which is imminent) you guys are so screwed.
