@GetSpectrum wish I could Get Spectrum but we moved 5 miles to an area where you no longer cover us. Instead opted for @comcast @comcastcares and it is the absolute worst internet I’ve had in 10 years. We want you back.

After further discussion I found out that my benefit was denied because my service package is a TWC legacy package. Apparently I need to migrate my legacy package to a Spectrum package which requires an equipment swap. Way to make your customers jump through hoops, Spectrum!

@Ask_Spectrum Yeah it's been more than 14 days. I tried to return it in the 14 day window and I was told I couldn't. So, thanks for lying guys! Wonderful customer service! I can't wait to switch to Verizon at this point.
