@jmculling @biggsag People on the lower end of the income spectrum don’t need a lot of retirement savings. Social Security and Medicare is a basically effective replacement income safety net program for the working class and poor. I’ve been flipped on this by @biggsag

Today is Monday, July 26th, still waiting to hear how Spectrum @GetSpectrum @Ask_Spectrum is going to compensate us for all the outages we’ve had since May 5, 2021 and all the responses from every Tech that’s come out to try to fix “the problem” whatever it may be

Cannot wait until my company follows through with me an Admin Assistant. I need one so damn bad! I’ll teach you aspects of HR, accounts payable, how to respond to TWC requests, how to use QB, how to onboard… I just need help. Come on guys, it’s been over a year!

After further discussion I found out that my benefit was denied because my service package is a TWC legacy package. Apparently I need to migrate my legacy package to a Spectrum package which requires an equipment swap. Way to make your customers jump through hoops, Spectrum!

@Ask_Spectrum my electric went out when someone hit a pole and when my stuff came back on the cable and internet are not working. Cable just says limited.

@Ask_Spectrum Yeah it's been more than 14 days. I tried to return it in the 14 day window and I was told I couldn't. So, thanks for lying guys! Wonderful customer service! I can't wait to switch to Verizon at this point.
