PrismHR LIVE: It's Almost Your Time to Shine (2024)

While PrismHR LIVE traces its roots back to the “ScorPEO” days of the early 2000s, the annual customer conference that you know and love today adopted its current name in 2015.

That first LIVE event took place in Beantown (Boston) and this year’s conference takes place in Music City (Nashville).

And your time to shine is just weeks away!

“Our first conference was at a small Plymouth, Massachusetts, hotel in 2000,” said Craig Babigian, PrismHR’s executive vice president. “We had less than 40 attendees, and all the sessions were in one room. Fast forward to 2024. We are expecting 600-plus attendees with concurrent sessions, keynote speakers, amazing networking events and—my favorite—the Discovery Studio. Every conference we have is always better than the last, and we can’t wait to show you the innovations headed your way.”

This year’s conference starts June 2 and runs through June 5 at the Omni Nashville. You still have a little time to get in on the regular rates, so don’t delay.

At the time of the first PrismHR LIVE, clever observers called the user conference the “premier opportunity for customers to interface directly with the PrismHR team and other community members.” How right they were!

It’s that and so much more today. PrismHR LIVE has become the must-attend tech event in the HR outsourcer space.

Let’s take a look at some of the must-see activities at this year’s conference:

Check out the full agenda!

Anyone who has attended PrismHR LIVE will tell you: The opening-night reception at PrismHR LIVE is not to be missed. Festivities start at 6 p.m. on June 2.

PrismHR President Kevin Andrews will open PrismHR LIVE again this year and discuss all the ways you can benefit from the innovations coming your way this year. There’s a lot to discuss, so grab your seats because you’re in for a treat.

Then, it’s not every day that you get to hear from someone who was second in line from the presidency in person, but you can at this year’s PrismHR LIVE. Paul Ryan, the 54th speaker of the House, will be discussing labor, the economy and the power of evidence-based public policies in a candid discussion with Pat Cleary, Vensure’s chief growth officer and the former president of the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations (NAPEO). Catch them Monday, June 3, in the morning.

There are so many great breakout sessions at this year’s PrismHR LIVE, and here are a few we wanted to highlight. Jenni Oskierko, a PrismHR’s senior product manager, will talk about customer-inspired new features for Benefits Administration. Also, PrismHR’s Ken Wright and Allison Corbett will tell you all about how to create dazzling dashboard and data visualizations with the Report Center enhancements. Finish off the day by learning how to “Configure PEO Client Accounting Like a Pro,” which will be led by Christina Lloyd, PrismHR’s director of consulting.

Monday Evening: Time to Have Fun

PrismHR LIVE knows how to throw a bash as you probably know, and we’re partnering with our friends at ZayZoon again to make this year’s event really shine. Bring your appetite to Assembly Food Hall rooftop, and we’re gonna have some serious fun.

Tuesday Morning: The More You Know

PrismHR LIVE: It's Almost Your Time to Shine (7)

Day Three of the user conference kicks off with a couple of we can’t “wAIt,” er wait, keynotes. Nathan Christensen, the former Mineral CEO, opens up the day discussing how to thrive in the AI Age. Next, Casey Clark, the new NAPEO CEO, makes his PrismHR LIVE debut discussing his vision for the future of the PEO industry.

PrismHR LIVE: It's Almost Your Time to Shine (8)

FOMO is real, so don’t miss out.

There are so many great sessions going on at this year’s LIVE to show our customers how they can become more efficient and more profitable for themselves and their clients. Day three highlights include a ClientSpace benefits module review led by PrismHR’s Cameron Betsch and Steviemarie Snyder. And PrismHR’s Kent Seith will talk about Employee Portal and Unified Employee Experience (UEX) best practices.

PrismHR’s Jonathan Wall returns to discuss “Rules for Life: A Story About Being Human,” which is always one of the most poignant sessions at PrismHR LIVE.

In the afternoon, you definitely don’t want to miss PrismHR’s Rick Torrence and Jeremy Fullmer’s session discussing PrismHR’s new HCM solution. You’ll also want to make time to hear PrismHR’s Taylor Caldwell introduce you to PrismHR’s new Workforce Management solution.

Tuesday Evening: Dance the Night Away

PrismHR LIVE: It's Almost Your Time to Shine (9)

Make some noise for a line-dancing, disco-balling experience as PrismHR brings you a Disco Cowboy Party for the ages. Get your cowboy hats on, bust out them boots, add some sparkle and plan to have a kickin’-good time.

Wednesday Morning: But Wait, There’s More

Save some energy for a final half-day of learning and collaborating at LIVE.

Get together with your colleagues at one of our roundtable discussions focused on Payroll (led by PrismHR’s Gwen Lemming and Dawn Payn), Benefits (led by PrismHR’s Jenni Oskierko and Kara Wepfer) or ClientSpace (led by PrismHR’s Cameron Betsch and Steviemarie Snyder).

Also, PrismHR’s Ken Wright and Allison Corbett return to give you the low-down on advanced report writing. PrismHR’s Bryna Dudek and Ben Souther will also be there to discuss platform updates. And you can find many other sessions scheduled to send you home happy on the last day of PrismHR LIVE.

We can’t wait to see you in Nashville. It’s almost time for your time to shine at PrismHR LIVE.

Until then, we’ll be practicing our line dancing and dreaming about all the fun we’ll have checking out the Honkey Tonk Highway and those famous neon lights in Nashville.
