Only the top prize winners will be entered into the grand prize draw for the private suite. The winner, however, will get to bring 13 guests of their choosing to join them for the show in Vancouver.
While BCLC has been tight-lipped on revealing whose concert the private suite grand prize is for, all signs in a heavily coded news release hint at Taylor Swift, who has sold out several shows at B.C. Place for this December.
When asked why the lottery corporation wasn’t naming the artist, a spokesperson said it was due to the terms of “theagreement between BC Place and the artist’s team.” No further details were shared.
Swift will be bringing her Eras Tour to downtown Vancouver on Dec. 6, 7 and 8 later this year. Most recently, Swift acknowledged the end of the tour as being this December, following several rounds of tour extensions that took her overseas and stateside again.
Tickets for the Eras Tour have been in high demand, with tickets being sold through a lottery system and secondary market tickets being sold for thousands. Some have even opted to fly to Europe and see Swift in action there due to the cost and scarcity of tickets for North American shows.

Stub Hub currently lists resale tickets for Swift’s Dec. 8 tour closer as being in the $4,500 to $7,500 range, though there have been reports of tickets selling for upwards of $10,000 and listings for tickets north of $18,000.
The Eras Tour features hits from across Swift’s career, including her most recent release, The Tortured Poet’s Department.
The Dec. 8 Vancouver stop is her last scheduled tour appearance for 2024 and the current Eras Tour.
