You don’t need an appointment and can visit our store anytime. This is an additional service for you to choose if you wish. Click to book an appointment, or here to find your nearest Suitsupply store.
You can change or cancel your appointment via the link in your confirmation email. You can also reach out to Customer Service or your store for assistance changing an appointment.
Basic alterations can be done by our in-store tailors within 30 minutes, while more complex alterations can be done within 3 days.
No, alterations are not included in the price of the garment. You can find a full list of alteration pricing here.
All unworn, unaltered items can be returned for an exchange or refund within 30 days of delivery.
Yes, our return policy extends to Custom Made.
Refunds are processed within 1-2 days of receiving your returned merchandise. You will receive a confirmation email.

Yes, gift cards can be redeemed at all stores, except at our franchise stores. Gift cards cannot be redeemed at Vilnius, Riga, Tallinn, Panama, Bogotá, Dubai (all stores), Singapore and all our Korean stores. Physical gift cards purchased in any of the aforementioned stores can only be redeemed in the respective store.
